ROADMAP TO THE RAPTURE
Greetings Watchers!
Today I received a question that might be on the minds of many of
you. I hope you find the answer interesting and informative.
Question for you Brother Sal
I'm studying Your rapture teachings. In class 2, part 1, you
state that Paul told us that " whatever the message the Feasts brought to the
Jews was, is now ours to claim as Christians.
My question is, exactly where does Paul say that ? What verse or
verses ?
I will patiently wait for your response, and I would like to
thank you again for these great teachings and the tremendous effort you have put
into getting them into the hands and minds of The Body of Christ.
Since we got the news last week, about the king of Jordon pushing
forward on the deal with Israel. I have been in A PEACE THAT PASSES ALL
UNDERSTANDING, waiting for signs of the dead in Christ to rise in Jerusalem. I
know it's just a matter of time and I will finally get to be with Jesus in the
clouds. Hopefully, maybe this First Fruits.
God Bless you
Brother Sal, B
Hi Brother
B!
Thank you
for the note and comments. They are greatly appreciated.
Of course
that is a paraphrase of Colossians 2:16-17, which says (KJV): "Let no man
therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or the
new moon, or of the Sabbath days: which are a shadow of things to come; but the
body is of Christ."
The part
that concerns the end times begins with, ". . . or in respect of an holyday
(feast), or new moon (Jewish practice of discerning the first of the month), or
of the Sabbath days (both lower and high Sabbath days which is the regular
Saturday Sabbath, and the feast days)."
Now you
have to understand that Paul was trying to show the Church at Colossae that the
Jewish legalism that they were mixing into the practice of the Christian way of
life that he taught, was going away from the purpose of the Messiah who was the
central figure and basis of all things.
So, the
message is to the Church of Colossae, but it's also a message to the Church in
total. And that message is that the feasts of the Jews and the promise they
contain are shadows of things to come for the Church, but keep in mind that the
substance of that shadow is the Messiah. So, in effect, Paul is saying whatever
the message the Feasts brought to the Jews was, is now ours to claim as
Christians.
And all one
has to do is ask; what does that mean? And you embark on a trail of Scripture
that reveals the concluding part of the end time story that was kept hidden
until the time of the Prophecy of Daniel had come to pass.
That path
reveals the day for the dead in Christ to rise and be seen in Jerusalem, and
their purpose in remaining 40 days, the Rapture or catching away of all of the
now living in Christ and the time for anointing of the last two witnesses who
will revive the message that Jesus of Nazareth was the Messiah and that He is
returning to the Jews.
That cannot
be a coincidence. That scripture is exactly where it should be. In the
teaching of Paul, already written. It is not possible for it to come from
anyone else, as he was the only person the Church was revealed to from the
beginning. God only told one story about the Church, and it was to Paul. The
only thing Paul didn't know about was when it would end. The timing was already
locked away in Daniel.
So, not a
word changes, but the understanding of the teaching is brought up to date, to be
understood in this time, as we approach the commencement of the end time of the
Jews, because now is the time of it's relevance, and it is God's will that we
know what He had laid aside for us, so we can rejoice together as we, the people
of the time when it occurs, watch the day of our redemption come to pass.
We know
that to be true because Paul told us that we are the children of the day and of
the light, that the day of the Lord would not take us like a thief in the night,
and that we were to put on the full armor of God and watch! And when we saw it,
to warn the others that are in the dark and asleep, and then to rejoice
together, and to edify one another with these words.
He's
saying, don't preach doom and gloom at this time, teach them to rejoice that
they know and can see it coming, just as the Lord commanded!
Sure sounds
to me like God wanted us to see it coming and experience the greatness that He
is. And it sure seems to me that such a conclusion to the end time covenant
with the new creatures in Christ is more in keeping with His purpose for having
established the new species of man known as Christians.
I hope that
helps.
And as
always, if this message is a blessing to you, remember that our sole means of
support is our teaching on the end times and that we believe in the Biblical
principle of giving to the store house where you get your meat, and that God
loves a hilarious giver, so, always give hilariously and commensurate with the
size of the blessing.
Thank you for listening and God bless.
Your Brother in Christ,
Brother Sal
